Redemption Policy

To maintain a fair, transparent, and secure rewards system, the following redemption policy outlines the eligibility criteria and conversion details for redeeming points.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for point redemption, users must meet the following requirements:

1.A minimum balance of 10,000  (India) points is required for redemption.

2.Users found to be engaging in or suspected of fraudulent activity will be deemed ineligible for redemption and may face account suspension or termination.

Points Conversion

The redemption value of points varies by region as follows:

India: Minimum redemption threshold: 10,000 points.

     10,000 points = ₹10 Gift Voucher.

International: Minimum redemption threshold: 500,000 points.

     500,000 points = $5 Gift Voucher.
