App: Rewardingly
Package: com.rewardingly.app Â
This Privacy Policy explains how Rewardingly collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the Rewardingly Android application.
Accounts: We use your name and email to create and secure your account.
Rewards: We record check-ins, ads, referrals, balances, and cash-out requests.
Advertising: Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network may process device and ad-interaction data.
Your control: You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
Important: By using Rewardingly, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rewardingly ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Rewardingly mobile application (the "App"). This Policy applies to information processed through the App, including account creation, rewarded advertising, daily check-ins, referrals, coin balances, payout methods, and redemption requests.
This Policy does not govern third-party websites, apps, ads, or services that you may open from the App. Those services apply their own terms and privacy notices.
Your full name or display name, email address, internal user identifier, account creation date, and email-verification status. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the authentication information needed to create or access your Rewardingly account, which may include your email address and basic profile information permitted by you.
Your password is submitted to and processed by Supabase Authentication. Rewardingly does not store or display your password in readable form. The App stores a session credential on your device so you can remain signed in.
Your coin balance, reward ledger, rewarded-ad completion records and transaction keys, daily check-in date and streak, referral code and referral relationship, redemption amount, redemption status, and related timestamps.
Information you enter for a payout method, such as payout type, account title, mobile-wallet or bank account number, International Bank Account Number (IBAN), cryptocurrency wallet address, network, label, and default-method choice. The exact fields depend on the method you choose.
In-app notification content and read status, plus information you choose to include when you contact us for support or privacy requests.
A referral code may be stored temporarily on your device until you finish confirming your email and sign in. If applied, the App records the relationship between the referring and referred accounts.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), with Meta Audience Network as a mediation partner. These providers may automatically process your Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate location derived from IP, Android advertising identifier, app set or other device identifiers, device and operating-system information, app launches, taps, video views, ad impressions or interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and fraud-prevention signals.
Supabase and other infrastructure providers may process network, request, authentication, security, and error information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Data we do not request directly: The current App does not request device permissions for precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, call logs, or SMS. Advertising providers may still infer general location from your IP address.
We use the information described above to:
create, authenticate, verify, maintain, and secure your account;
display your profile, coin balance, check-in streak, activity, payout methods, and redemption history;
credit eligible rewards, prevent duplicate credits, apply referrals, and process cash-out requests;
send account emails, including confirmation, password-reset, and security messages;
provide rewarded ads, measure ad delivery and performance, and detect invalid traffic or fraud;
respond to support, privacy, legal, or security requests;
debug, maintain, protect, and improve the App; and
comply with applicable law, enforce our rules, and protect users, the App, and others.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our agreement with you to provide the App; your consent where required, including for certain advertising uses; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where the processing is based on consent, but this does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Rewardingly currently uses email for account and service-related purposes, not promotional mailing lists. If promotional communications are introduced, this Policy and the available choices will be updated.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose information only as described below. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
Supabase provides authentication, database hosting, and application infrastructure. Supabase processes account and App records on our behalf. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
Google provides Google sign-in and AdMob rewarded advertising. Google may use device, identifier, network, interaction, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, depending on settings and applicable consent, personalize ads. See How Google uses information from partner apps and the Google Privacy Policy.
Meta Audience Network is included as an AdMob mediation partner. It may process device identifiers, IP address, device characteristics, ad views and interactions, app activity, approximate location, and performance information for advertising, measurement, and security. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
When you request a cash-out, we may use or disclose the payout details you selected to the relevant bank, mobile-wallet, cryptocurrency, or payment service as necessary to complete, verify, or investigate that request.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce applicable rules; or protect rights, property, and safety.
If Rewardingly is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
Advertising and service providers determine some of their own processing practices. Their privacy notices explain their controls, retention, and international transfers.
You can review information shown in the App, including your profile, balance, recent activity, payout methods, and redemption status. You can change your display name and add or remove payout methods through the App. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or a copy of other account information.
To request deletion of your Rewardingly account and associated personal information, email solutionstechmile@gmail.com from the email address registered to the account and use the subject Delete Rewardingly Account. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on the request.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated information unless retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or enforcement. Deleting the App from your device does not by itself delete server-side account data.
You can manage Google ad personalization through your Google Account and Android privacy settings, including controls for the advertising identifier. Depending on your region and the ad provider, additional consent or privacy options may be available. Changing these settings may make ads less personalized but may not remove ads.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a local data-protection authority. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We retain account and reward records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. We may retain limited records after account deletion when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Third-party providers apply their own retention schedules.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections; Supabase Authentication handles passwords; and database row-level access controls are designed to limit users to their own private records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Rewardingly and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use lawful mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. If local law sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing, that higher age applies.
The App may contain advertisements or links to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of any service before providing information to it.
We may update this Policy when the App, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after an update means the revised Policy applies from its effective date.
