This Privacy Policy explains how the Revoya mobile application ("Revoya", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares user information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in all our data practices in full compliance with applicable laws and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

1. User Accounts & Authentication

Revoya allows users to create an optional account using an email address, password, and display name, authenticated securely through Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).

2. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing (Google Gemini AI)

Revoya integrates artificial intelligence features to assist users in interpreting the symbolism and psychological or spiritual meaning of their dreams.
In compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i):
- What data is sent: When you submit a question or dream description to the AI assistant, only the text of your query/dream description is transmitted. We do NOT send your name, email address, user ID, device identifier, IP address, or location to the AI service.
- Who the data is sent to: Your query text is sent securely to the Google Gemini API, operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
- Purpose of data use: Google Gemini processes your text input solely and strictly for the purpose of generating a real-time textual response and interpretation of your dream.
- Data protection and equal standards: Google processes this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google Cloud / API Terms of Service. Google provides equal or equivalent levels of privacy and data protection as outlined in this policy.
- No model training or sale: Queries sent via the API are NOT used to train, retrain, or improve third-party AI models, and are never sold, rented, or shared with data brokers or third parties.
- User permission & consent: Revoya obtains your explicit consent before any query is transmitted to the AI service. A clear in-app disclosure informs you that your query will be processed by Google Gemini AI, and you have the choice to confirm or cancel the request.

3. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Revoya displays advertisements using Google AdMob (Google LLC).
In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, Revoya requests your explicit permission via the native iOS ATT prompt before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) on your device.
- If you grant permission: Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier to deliver personalized advertisements tailored to your interests.
- If you deny permission: Your advertising identifier is not accessed, and only non-personalized, contextual advertisements will be displayed.

4. Push Notifications (OneSignal)

With your consent, Revoya uses OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc.) to deliver inspirational daily notifications and dream reflection reminders.
OneSignal may collect non-personal technical data such as device type, operating system version, timezone, and push notification tokens to ensure reliable delivery. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or via your device settings.

5. Contact Form & User Inquiries

Users may contact our support team through the in-app contact form. The information provided (name, email address, message subject, and content) is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and provide technical assistance. This information is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention & Security

- User account data is retained in secure Google Firebase / Firestore databases for as long as your account remains active.
- Chat discussions stored in your account history can be deleted individually by you at any time directly within the AI view.
- Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request and are subsequently deleted.
- We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to protect all data in transit.

7. User Rights & Account Deletion (GDPR, CCPA & App Store Requirements)

In accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and Apple App Store Review Guidelines:
- In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app. Go to "Profile" -> "Supprimer mon compte" ("Delete my account"). This immediately deletes your authentication record, user profile, and discussion history from our servers.
- Rights of Access, Rectification, and Erasure: You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at: amadoucamaradev91@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Revoya does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be announced within the Revoya app or via an update notification. Your continued use of the app following the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
