Revolverito – Privacy Policy & Account Deletion

This page describes what information Revolverito ("the app", developed by vitreex) collects, how it is used, and how you can request deletion of your data.

WHAT WE COLLECT

A nickname you choose in the app

Your game score and progress (hats, unlocked skins, avatars, and backgrounds)

An avatar, which is either one of the app's preset in-game images, or — if you sign in with Google Play Games — your Google Play Games profile picture

If you sign in with Google Play Games: your Google Play Games player ID, display name, and profile picture, used to link your progress to your Google account

A randomly generated device identifier, used to identify your progress on this device if you don't sign in with Google

Advertising identifiers, collected automatically by Google AdMob to show ads

Basic device information used by Google Play Games Services and AdMob

If you report another player's nickname: the reported player's identifier and nickname, your own device identifier, and the reason you selected — used only for moderation review

HOW WE USE THIS DATA

To show your nickname, avatar, and score on the public leaderboard

To save your progress and let you continue on other devices when signed in with Google

To display ads through Google AdMob

To review reports of inappropriate nicknames and take moderation action (including banning accounts that violate our rules)

DATA SHARING

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data under their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Firestore) – stores your nickname, score, game progress, and (if applicable) moderation reports

Google Play Games Services – handles sign-in and the leaderboard

Google AdMob – shows ads and collects advertising identifiers

Cloudinary – hosts your Google Play Games profile picture, if you sign in with Google

DATA SECURITY

All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT / DATA DELETION

You can delete your account and all associated data (nickname, score, progress, avatar) in two ways:

In the app (fastest): open Settings and tap DELETE ACCOUNT & DATA. Confirm the deletion — your account and all associated data are removed from our servers immediately, and all local data is erased from your device.

By email (if you can't access the app): email us at vitreex_ace@o2.pl and include:

Your in-game nickname

The email address associated with your Google Play Games account (if you signed in with Google)

We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request. Some information may be retained longer if required by law or by our service providers' own data retention policies (e.g., Google Firebase backups).
