RIDE DESCRIPTIONS

REVO Social Sub 2.0

1.5 - 2.0 w/Kg

60 min

Join us for a 1.5-2 w/kg paced ride on a flat course. Let's stick together and show newer riders the art and benefit of drafting! We will not chase riders that go off the front, and the ride lead may use the fence to keep everyone together. If you're feeling strong, please use your abilities and drop back and help pull the slower riders back up to the pack if someone gets dropped.

REVO Spin & Sprint

Need a Pre Race Spin? Sprint Practice? Social Spin? Spin & Sprint! has something for everyone. We will ride as a group starting easy and gradually riding at an average of 2 - 2.5 w/kg on a flat course, with the option to practice sprints..but no pressure! The course will change each week, riders will re-group after sprints, and the ride lead may use the fence to keep everyone together.

REVO Climbers

1.8 - 2.2 w/kg

Let's climb the Alpe! Join REVO teammates as we roll to the base of the Alpe as a group, and then riders may climb as fast or as slow as they'd like! Try to beat your time from your last attempt, or slow roll and take in the scenery.

Riders will take advantage of the group's draft during the lead-in to the Alpe, using it as a warm up to get your legs and lungs ready to CLIMB. The ride lead may regroup at a few key points (the first KOM banner, the entrance to the jungle, and finally - the base of the Alpe) and/or the ride leader may use the fence to keep everyone together. Once the majority of the group reaches the base of the Alpe, riders will climb at their own pace. Find someone close to your speed, support each other, and keep each other company for the remainder of the 90 minute ride.

When the 90 minute ride time is up, Zwift gives you the option to stay in Watopia instead of going to the other Zwift world of the day. This allows you to finish your climb to the top if you choose. Happy climbing!

Join the REVO Speedy Spin Sisters! This is a women's ride where we will work to keep a 2 w/kg average paced ride for 60 minutes on a flat course. Let's stick together and work on the art and benefit of drafting! We will be using the Fence to keep our group together and discourage flyers.

If you're feeling strong, please use your abilities and drop back and help pull the slower riders back up to the pack if someone gets dropped.

REVO Endurance

2.2 - 2.8 w/kg

Join the Women of REVO to work on your endurance and power output at your aerobic threshold (AT) in Zone 2. The exercise will give you endurance and increased performance using fat as energy. A well-developed AT can give you better race performance increase the amount of time before your body uses glycogen stores.

This ride is NOT FENCED, groupettos will be formed, so find a group that's riding at a similar AT base pace, have your graph up, and paint it blue!

This is for C cat riders with Zone 2 (76% of ftp) between 2.2 - 2.8w/kg. We stick together, enjoy the draft and chat, together we will get stronger!

REVO Slow Roll Sub 1.5

1.0 - 1.5 w/kg

Join the women of REVO for a 1-1.5 w/kg paced ride for 30 minutes on the flattest courses we can find. The route will change week to week, but the concept will not. This ride is geared towards those wanting a slower paced ride than REVO's other offerings, whether this is your ""all out"" pace, a recovery ride, or part of your plan for injury recovery or staying fit during your pregnancy. All genders welcome!

Please respect the pace of the yellow beacon and stay close by. The ride leader may use the fence to keep the group together. If you are feeling strong, please consider volunteering as a sweeper to pull people back onto the pack. Let the group know if you're available to help!
