deduction schedule

After each 30 day period for the first 90 days each party has the right to end the agreement.  If the consignor chooses to terminate the agreement, they will reimburse Revive Restored Furnishings 5% (this amount doubles every 30 days until 90 days.  at the end of 90 days the consignor can pay 20% of the listed price and remove the item or run the chance that at the end of 120 days the item has still not sold and becomes property of RRF.)

day 1 - day 30 = original estimated value as set by consignor (termination fee 5%)

day 31 - day 45 = original estimated value as set by consignor less 10% 

day 46 - day 60 = original estimated value as set by consignor less 20% (termination fee 10%)

day 61 - day 75 = original estimated value as set by consignor less 30%

day 76 - day 90 = original estimated value as set by consignor less 40% (termination fee 20%)

day 90 - day 120 = original estimated value as set by consignor less 50% 

day 120+ = 75% off all proceeds belong to RRF
