Before Your Service
Please remove all personal belongings and loose items, including from storage compartments, prior to your appointment. This allows us to focus entirely on delivering the highest quality detail for your vehicle.
Pricing
All listed prices are base rates. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, add-on services, and any special requirements identified during inspection.
Travel Fees
A travel fee may apply for locations outside our main service area (Commerce City).
Cancelation
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and digital payments.
Refusal of Service
Revive Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or situations where the vehicle’s condition poses risks to staff or equipment.
Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
We will always do our best to achieve outstanding results, but some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may be permanent and beyond the scope of detailing.
Pre-existing Damage Disclaimer
Revive Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including scratches, dings, rust, or weak trim. Our team will document any noticeable damage before starting work.
Late Notice
If a customer is more than 30 minutes unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your detail, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of auto detailing, we cannot offer refunds once a service is completed. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a resolution that meets your expectations.
