Revive & Ride Detailing Services

Welcome to Revive & Ride Detailing Services. By scheduling a service with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are required and can be booked via phone, website, or in person.
  
  

• Please provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, condition, etc.) so I can allocate the correct time and resources.
  
  

• A confirmation message or call will be sent upon booking. Please respond to confirm your appointment.
  
  

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Required is at least a 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
  
  

• Missed appointments without notice may result in a full charge of the scheduled service.
  
  

3. Vehicle Condition and Pre-existing Damage

• Revive & Ride Detailing Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, rust, loose trim, or other damage that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
  
  

• I may take before and after photos of the vehicle for quality assurance and liability protection.
  
  

4. Personal Belongings

• Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment.
  
  

• I am not liable for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle during the detailing process.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• I accept cash, and select mobile payment platforms.
  
  

• A late payment fee of $10/day may apply for unpaid balances beyond 48 hours.
  
  

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. I’ll do my best to resolve any issues.
  
  

• Any rework will be at my discretion and must be scheduled within 3 business days of the original service.
  
  

7. Weather Policy (for Mobile Services)

• In the event of inclement weather, I may need to reschedule mobile appointments. You will be notified as early as possible.
  
  

• Indoor services or covered spaces may allow me to proceed as scheduled.
  
  

8. Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or severely unsanitary vehicles (e.g., biohazards, infestations).
  
  

9. Privacy

• Any personal information collected during booking or service is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• While I take the utmost care in our work, Revive & Ride Detailing Services is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage due to unforeseen circumstances or customer negligence.
