Manejo de diferentes densidades populacionais e profundidades de plantio de Brachiaria brizantha (A. Rich.) Stapf na integração lavoura-pecuária.

RESUMO: (Manejo de diferentes densidades populacionais e profundidades de plantio de Brachiaria brizantha Hochst Stapf na integração lavoura-pecuária). A presente pesquisa foi realizada com o objetivo de verificar a competição intra e interespecífica entre a soja (Glycine max (L.) Merr 1917) e braquiária [Brachiaria brizantha (A. Hich.) Stapf 1918] no sistema de integração lavoura-pecuária, fixando-se o stand de soja e variando-se a braquiária em 05 e 10 plantas/m2 e 05 e 10 cm de profundidade. Analisou-se a biomassa seca das raízes, caules e folhas da soja e das raízes e folhas da braquiária. Conclui-se que houve competição interespecífica entre soja e braquiária, competição intra-específica entre a braquiária e que o plantio mais profundo da braquiária permitiu maior desenvolvimento inicial para a soja nos tratamentos com maior população da braquiária.

ABSTRACT: (Management of different population densities and plant depths of Brachiaria brizantha (A. Rich.) Stapf in livestock crop integration). This research was carried out to verify the intraespecifc and interspecific competition between soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr 1917) and forage [Brachiaria brizantha (A. Hich.) Stapf 1918] in the system of crop-livestock integration, settling soybean stand and varying brachiaria 05 and 10 plants/m2 e 05 and 10 cm deep. We analyzed the dry biomass of roots, stems and leaves of soybean and roots and leaves of brachiaria, it is concluded that there was interspecific competition between soybean and pasture, intraspecific competition between brachiaria and the deeper planting brachiaria allowed higher initial development for soybeans in treatments with high population brachiaria.
