This Privacy Policy explains how Revise360 (“Revise360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects information when users access or use the Revise360 mobile application.
Revise360 is an educational revision application designed primarily for SSC and HSC students in Bangladesh. The app provides access to subjects, chapters, lessons, quizzes, question-generation features, revision materials, and other educational content.
Revise360 does not require users to sign in using Google, Apple, email, phone number, or any other personal account. The app also does not provide a separate guest sign-in process.
When the app is opened for the first time after installation, Revise360 automatically creates a system-generated app user record to enable the app’s features. A corresponding identifier is stored locally on the user’s device so that the same app user record can be retrieved during future use.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Revise360, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
The information collected through Revise360 depends on the features users access and how they interact with the app.
Revise360 does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, password, Google account, Apple account, or other login credentials.
When the app is opened for the first time, Revise360 may automatically:
Generate a random or system-created user identifier
Create a corresponding user record in Google Cloud Firestore
Store the generated identifier in the app’s local device storage
Assign an initial coin balance or other default app settings
Record the date and time when the app user record was created
Store limited app-related status or configuration information
The generated identifier is used to distinguish one installation or app user record from another. It is not intended to directly identify the real-world identity of the user.
Revise360 does not intentionally associate the generated app identifier with the user’s name, email address, phone number, Google account, Apple account, or government-issued identity information.
Revise360 stores limited information locally on the user’s device so that the app can retrieve the existing app user record when it is opened again.
Locally stored information may include:
The generated app user identifier
Basic app configuration
User preferences
App introduction or onboarding status
Coin-related status
Quiz or revision progress, where applicable
Previously selected subject, chapter, or lesson information
Cached educational content, where applicable
When the app is opened, it checks local storage to determine whether an app user identifier already exists.
If an identifier exists, Revise360 attempts to retrieve the corresponding existing user record. If no identifier exists, the app may create a new app user record.
Deleting the app, clearing the app’s storage, changing devices, resetting the device, or using certain device-cleaning tools may remove the locally stored identifier. In that situation, Revise360 may be unable to identify the previous app user record and may create a new one.
To provide educational and revision features, Revise360 may process information relating to the user’s activity within the app, including:
Selected education level, such as SSC or HSC
Selected subjects
Selected chapters and lessons
Quiz participation
Quiz results or scores
Correct and incorrect answers
Revision progress
Generated-question requests
Coin balance
Coin earnings and usage
Rewarded advertisement completion status
Feature usage
Date and time of educational activities
This information is connected to the system-generated app user identifier and is used to operate the app, maintain progress, manage coins, and improve educational features.
Revise360 may use a virtual coin system to provide access to certain app features.
Generating a question currently costs 18 Coins, which may appear as −18 Coins in the app’s transaction or usage information.
The app may process coin-related information, including:
Current coin balance
Coins earned
Coins spent
Reason for earning or spending coins
Question-generation charges
Rewarded advertisement rewards
Transaction date and time
Related feature or activity
Revise360 Coins:
Are virtual app units
Are not legal currency
Do not represent real money
Are not transferable outside the app
Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash
May be changed, limited, or discontinued as app features evolve
The number of Coins required for a feature may be updated in future versions of the app. Any applicable cost should be displayed to the user before or when the feature is used.
Revise360 uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
When advertisements are requested, loaded, displayed, viewed, completed, or interacted with, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
IP address
Device type and model
Operating system and version
App version
Device language
Advertising identifier
App set identifier
General or approximate location inferred from the IP address
Advertisement impressions
Advertisement views
Advertisement clicks and interactions
Rewarded advertisement completion information
Diagnostic and performance information
Crash-related information
Information used to detect fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity
This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners to provide, measure, secure, limit, personalize, and improve advertising services.
Depending on the user’s location, age, consent choices, applicable law, and device settings, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.
Users may manage certain advertising preferences through their device settings, Google settings, or any consent controls made available in the app.
Revise360, Firebase, Google AdMob, or other service providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate, protect, and improve the app.

Users can access the app without completing a traditional registration or login process.
The automatically generated app user record is used only to support app functionality, such as progress, Coins, quizzes, question generation, preferences, and rewarded advertisement benefits.
The generated app user record should not be interpreted as a verified personal identity or a traditional user account.
The automatic app user system generally operates as follows:
The user installs and opens Revise360.
The app checks its local storage for an existing app user identifier.
If an identifier exists, the app attempts to retrieve the corresponding user record from Firestore.
If no identifier exists, the app generates a new identifier and creates a new Firestore user record.
The generated identifier is saved locally on the device.
During future app launches, the locally stored identifier is used to retrieve the existing app user record.
If an issue occurs while creating or retrieving the app user record, Revise360 may:
Display an understandable error message
Ask the user to check their internet connection
Provide a retry option
Temporarily limit features that require the user record
Attempt to restore the existing app state
Create a new record only when appropriate
Revise360 aims to present these issues without unnecessarily interrupting or confusing the user.
However, continuous access to the same app user record cannot be guaranteed if the locally stored identifier is deleted, corrupted, unavailable, or transferred incorrectly.
We may use the information processed through Revise360 to:
Automatically create an app user record
Retrieve an existing app user record
Maintain the user’s app state
Store and restore educational progress
Provide SSC and HSC educational content
Provide subjects, chapters, lessons, and quizzes
Generate educational questions
Deduct 18 Coins for applicable question-generation requests
Maintain and display coin balances
Record coin earnings and usage
Provide rewarded advertisement benefits
Confirm whether an advertising reward has been earned
Save app settings and preferences
Improve app navigation and user experience
Maintain compatibility with supported devices
Diagnose errors and crashes
Resolve user-record creation or retrieval failures
Improve app functionality and performance
Detect fraud, abuse, automated misuse, and invalid advertising activity
Secure Firestore data and app services
Respond to support and privacy requests
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell users’ personal information.
Revise360 uses Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, to store and process app-related information.
Firestore may store information such as:
Generated app user identifier
User-record creation date
Coin balance
Coin transaction history
Quiz progress
Revision progress
Subject, chapter, or lesson activity
Generated-question activity
Reward status
App settings
Technical status information
Google may process technical and service-related information when Firebase services are accessed.
Firebase and Cloud Firestore are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s applicable privacy terms, data-processing terms, security practices, and service conditions.
Revise360 uses reasonable security measures, database-access controls, validation mechanisms, and other available protections intended to prevent unauthorized access to Firestore information.
However, no database, mobile application, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Revise360 uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Rewarded advertisements are optional advertisements that users may choose to watch in exchange for Coins, access, or another in-app reward.
The applicable reward should be explained to the user before or when the advertisement is presented.
Google AdMob may use identifiers, IP addresses, app interaction information, cookies or similar technologies, advertising activity, and device information to:
Deliver advertisements
Measure advertisement performance
Limit repeated advertisements
Detect invalid traffic
Prevent fraud and abuse
Provide personalized advertisements where permitted
Provide non-personalized or limited advertisements where required
Improve advertising products and services
The collection and processing of information by Google are governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
Revise360 may apply advertising-content controls intended to reduce inappropriate, sensitive, or unsuitable advertisements. However, advertisements are delivered through third-party advertising systems, and Revise360 cannot guarantee the content of every advertisement displayed.
Users may report an inappropriate advertisement using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing information, Revise360 may process information based on:
The user’s consent
The need to provide app features requested by the user
Our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, maintaining, and improving Revise360
Compliance with legal obligations
Where required, Revise360 or Google may request consent before processing information for personalized advertising, local storage, device identifiers, or related purposes.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before the withdrawal.

If Revise360 or its related business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
We retain app-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Maintain the generated app user record
Deliver app functionality
Preserve educational progress
Maintain coin balances and transaction records
Fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
Maintain security
Prevent fraud and abuse

An app user record may remain stored in Firestore even if the app is removed from the device, because uninstalling the app does not automatically send a deletion request to Firestore.
Locally stored information may be removed when the user:
Uninstalls the app
Clears the app’s data
Resets the device
Uses a storage-cleaning service
Changes devices without transferring app data
If the locally stored identifier is removed, Revise360 may no longer be able to automatically connect the device to the previous Firestore record.
Information independently processed by Google is retained according to Google’s applicable retention policies.
Because Revise360 does not collect an email address, phone number, or traditional login credential, deletion requests may require the generated app user identifier or other reasonable information that allows us to locate the relevant Firestore record.
Users may request deletion of their Revise360 app user record and associated eligible information through an in-app data-deletion option, where available.

Users should not send passwords, payment information, national identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information when submitting a deletion request.
After receiving a valid and reasonably verifiable request, we will delete or anonymize eligible app information within a reasonable period.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
Legal compliance
Security
Fraud prevention
Abuse prevention
Dispute resolution
Enforcement of applicable terms
Deleting the app or clearing local storage does not necessarily delete the corresponding Firestore record.
Deleting information held by Revise360 does not automatically delete information independently processed by Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, or other third-party service providers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include:

App-level request validation

However, no electronic storage system, database, mobile application, or internet transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and avoiding unauthorized access to the app.

Revise360 does not intentionally request access to the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or device media unless a future feature requires it and the user is clearly informed.
Revise360 may not currently use push notifications.
If notification features are introduced in the future, users may be asked for notification permission, and this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary.
Users will be able to manage notification permissions through their device settings.
Revise360 is an educational app intended primarily for SSC and HSC students in Bangladesh. Some users may be under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly request more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the app.
Because Revise360 does not require Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, email registration, phone registration, or a personal profile, users are not intentionally asked to provide direct identity information to access educational features.
However, Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play services, and other service providers may process technical, device, advertising, and app-interaction information according to their own policies, age settings, consent requirements, and applicable laws.

After receiving a valid request, we will review the matter and take reasonable steps to delete eligible information.
Google and other service providers used by Revise360 may process information on servers located outside Bangladesh.
As a result, information may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those applicable in Bangladesh or the user’s location.
Such processing is handled by the relevant service provider according to its privacy policy, contractual commitments, security practices, and applicable legal safeguards.

We do not control the privacy, security, availability, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party services.
Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before providing personal information or interacting with those services.
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:

Object to certain processing

Because Revise360 does not use personal login credentials, users may need to provide the generated app user identifier so that we can locate the relevant information.

In this situation, the app may generate a new user identifier and create a new Firestore record.
Users should understand that, without a traditional login or recovery method, Revise360 may not always be able to verify ownership of or restore a previous app user record.

The current question-generation cost is 18 Coins per applicable request.
Feature descriptions, coin amounts, educational content, and interface changes that do not materially affect data processing may be updated without requiring a complete revision of this Privacy Policy.
Where a feature change materially affects the collection, use, storage, or sharing of information, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
App features change
SSC or HSC educational features are expanded
New technologies or services are introduced
Data practices change
Legal or policy requirements change

Firebase or Firestore usage changes
The automatic app user system changes
Coin or question-generation systems materially affect data processing
