The Review of Missional Needs and Opportunities provides a strategic opportunity to clarify missional priorities for the Synod of South Australia and to offer strategic direction to Mission and Leadership Development (MLD) in resourcing the church as it participates in the mission of God.

Times are changing. The COVID pandemic has redrawn contemporary life, both internationally and in Australia. In South Australia, the Uniting Church’s shift from one to three Presbyteries and the renewal of Uniting College for Leadership and Theology (UCLT) have also presented new challenges and opportunities. 

We will update this site over the next few months with what we are hearing, our reflections, and how we are progressing. Follow along to hear more, and get involved! There are many ways to engage with this process and we look forward to hearing your thoughts and perspectives.
