Terms of Use / EULA

These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile application “Reversed Audio: Reverse Voice” (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) created by Yousuf Esmellington (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and provided as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Terms of Use (EULA), you must refrain from using the Application.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) establishes the legal relationship between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of the Application.

1.1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Application on any device that you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
  
  

• Attempt to extract the source code.
  
  

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
  
  

• Use the Service Provider’s trademarks or intellectual property without written consent.
  
  

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

1.3. Termination of License

This license is effective until terminated by you or the Service Provider. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from all devices.

1.4. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Application may be subject to third-party agreements (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).

1.5. Apple-Specific Notice

Apple is not responsible for:

• Providing support for the Application
  
  

• Handling warranty claims
  
  

• Addressing claims related to infringement of intellectual property
  
  

You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

2. Use of the Application

You may use the Application only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The same restrictions listed above apply within this section.

3. Modification of the Application

The Service Provider may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Significant changes will be communicated when applicable.

4. Data Processing and Security

The Application may store or process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and avoiding actions (such as rooting or jailbreaking) that may impair functionality.

5. Internet Connection and Charges

Some features require an internet connection. You are responsible for any associated carrier or data charges.

6. Device Responsibility

The Service Provider is not responsible if you cannot access the Application due to device malfunction, low battery, or similar issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is.” The Service Provider:

• Does not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted availability
  
  

• Is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• Is not responsible for errors caused by third-party services
  
  

Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

8. Updates and Termination

The Application may require updates to function properly. You agree to install such updates.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms, including the EULA, may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
