These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Reverse Audio (“Reverse Audio,” “App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Reverse Audio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Reverse Audio is an audio editing and playback application that allows users to import, record, reverse, trim, adjust playback speed, preview, export, and share audio files.
The availability of specific features may vary depending on the version of the App, device, operating system, region, or subscription status.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use Reverse Audio on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Circumvent or interfere with security features of the App.
Use the App to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
Use the App to distribute malicious, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive content.
You retain ownership of audio files and recordings that you import into or create using Reverse Audio.
You are solely responsible for the content you record, import, edit, export, or share through the App.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authority to use any audio content you process through Reverse Audio.
You must not use the App to process or distribute audio content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
We do not claim ownership of your audio recordings or imported audio files.
Reverse Audio is designed to process audio on your device.
Where audio processing occurs locally, your audio content is not uploaded to our servers for processing.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any audio files that are important to you.
Deleting the App, deleting files, changing device settings, or otherwise modifying your device may result in loss of locally stored audio content.
Certain features require access to your device microphone or files.
Microphone access is used to record audio when you choose to use the recording feature.
File access is used to import audio files that you select.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. If you deny required permissions, certain App features may not function.
You agree to use Reverse Audio only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the App to:
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Record people without required consent.
Violate privacy or confidentiality obligations.
Create or distribute unlawful content.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person.
Circumvent technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Interfere with the operation of the App.
Reverse Audio may allow you to export or share processed audio.
When you choose to share an audio file with another application, platform, person, or service, you are responsible for the content you share and the recipient you choose.
We are not responsible for how third parties subsequently use, store, distribute, or process audio that you choose to share with them.
Reverse Audio may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.
Purchases made through the App are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.
The price, billing period, features, and availability of each purchase will be presented to you before purchase.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription availability, pricing, and features may change where permitted by applicable law and App Store rules.
Refunds for purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
If Reverse Audio offers a free trial, the trial duration and applicable terms will be clearly displayed before you start the trial.
Unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms, a subscription may automatically begin after the free trial ends.
You are responsible for canceling the subscription before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.
Reverse Audio and its original software, design, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not use our trademarks, branding, graphics, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.
The App may interact with Apple services or other third-party services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable terms established by those providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services.
We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of Reverse Audio at any time.
Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, feature changes, compatibility updates, or other modifications.
Some features may become unavailable or may require an updated version of the App.
We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that Reverse Audio will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The App may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, device limitations, operating-system changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reverse Audio is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including warranties of:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Non-infringement.
Error-free or uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that audio processing will always produce a particular result or that exported files will be compatible with every device, application, or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Reverse Audio.
This includes, without limitation, loss of:
Audio files.
Data.
Revenue.
Business opportunities.
Content.
Profits.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the App will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the App or applicable paid features during the period permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms remain effective while you use Reverse Audio.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you materially violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the App, our users, or our legal rights.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Your use of Reverse Audio is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of Reverse Audio after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer or company providing Reverse Audio is established, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.
