Each year CARE. provides a $500 scholarship, established in the memory of Mel Knopp (one of its founders), to one graduating RHS senior who best demonstrates he/she has been a positive role model for his/her peers and has carried out CARE’s mission statement to live a life free of tobacco, alcohol and other drug use.
