Registration and Publication Process

Abstract Submission: Abstract submission must be completed before registration.

Registration Fee Payment: Authors are required to pay the registration fee after their paper is accepted.

Application Number: This will be provided only after paper acceptance.

Mandatory Registration: Registration is required for all participants.

Multiple Authors: At least one author must register. Only the registered author will receive a certificate.

Multiple Papers: If an author submits two papers, both papers must be registered.

Publication in Proceedings: All papers presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be published as a book chapter or in a Scopus-indexed journal, conditional on passing editorial review.

Additional Charges: Additional publication charges will apply upon confirmation from the Scopus-indexed journal.

Online Presentation: Scheduled on MS Teams for online mode; a link will be shared with presenters.
