Commission Policy

COMMISSIONING FORM AND INVOICES

• I will not start your commission until the commission form’s corresponding invoice is paid in full.
• I will not share your commission form or any information on it to third parties.

REFUNDS

• Once the invoice for the commission is paid, I will be considered to have “started your commission”. At this point, I will not perform any refunds.*

Please keep this in mind when commissioning me. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. However, the terms and conditions in place will still apply.

*Only for 1C, 2C, and 3C Commissions (aka Clean Line Art + Color) , I will refund you for half the commission if I have not started the line art process of the commission and you decide you want to refund your commission. However, once I have started the line art for your commission, I will not refund the commission.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

If I do not receive a message within these times:

Paying invoice after it is sent (2 days)

• Will end invoice
• Will remove commission request from queue of commissions (you are free to reapply, of course)

After initial sketch is done and asking for confirmation to move on (14 days / 2 weeks):

• Will send you what I have completed
• Will refund you if applicable (please read refunds)
• Will be finished with your commission (will not continue working on it)

After seeking response on retouching (14 days / 2 weeks):

• Will act on any retouches we went over prior
• Will send you what I have completed
• Will refund you if applicable (please read refunds)
• Will be finished with your commission (will not continue working on it)

TERMS OF USE

• Once I am done, you’re free to use your commission in personal use for things like banners or icons. (I would like to know if you are using it for sale prior to applying for the commission)
• Credit is definitely not required but appreciated (However, please do not claim my art as your own).
