Overview
Retro Snake ("the App") is a single-player arcade game. This policy explains
what information is involved when you use the App and how it's handled.
The short version: the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal
information. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

Information We Collect
None. The App has no account creation, no sign-in, and no password. We do not
collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos,
or any device identifiers, including the Advertising ID.
The current version of the App contains no advertising and no analytics.

Information Stored On Your Device
The App saves a small amount of information locally so it can remember things
between sessions. This never leaves your device and we have no access to it:
Game settings: your chosen mode, speed and colour theme, and whether sound,
vibration, the on-screen arrow pad and smooth movement are switched on.
Best scores: your highest score in each game mode.
Internal flags: small housekeeping values, such as when the App last checked
for an update.

How We Use This Information
We don't, because we never receive it. The App reads and writes the
information above on your own device, only to run the game. It is not used
for advertising, profiling or analytics, and it is never sold or shared.

Permissions
The App uses vibration for in-game feedback, which you can turn off in
Settings. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts,
files, photos, or notifications.

Update Checks
The App makes one kind of network request: now and then it fetches a small
file from our server to see whether a newer version is available. The request
sends no information about you. It carries no identifiers, no game data, and
no device details beyond what any web request includes, such as your IP
address. We do not store that address or use it to identify you.
Apart from that, the App works fully offline.

Third-Party Services
The current version of the App uses no third-party advertising or analytics
services.
After you have played several games, the App may ask Google Play to show its
built-in review prompt. Google Play shows and handles that dialog entirely. We
receive nothing from it, not even whether you left a review or what rating you
gave.
If this changes in a future version, for example if in-app advertising is
added, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.

Children's Privacy
The App collects no personal information from anyone, so it collects none
from children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Choices
Everything the App stores is on your device and under your control. You can
clear your best scores at any time with Settings → Reset best scores. You can
remove everything by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Any changes will be
posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
