Terms of Service & Workflow
Basic rules of commissioning me (TOS)
You MUST pay after sketches have been given and approved by you and myself (you are more then welcome to pay before anything has been given out)
I have copyright to all my art: If you got a custom character from me you have reign over your reference sheet but you MUST give me proper credit, and DO NOT remove any watermarks or signatures.
If you got a logo from me, you are welcome to use where ever you need, my logos are NOT for and never associated with any nsfw, harm or hate. You may use your logo on websites, business cards, merch etc.. WITH PROPER CREDIT (if you need help crediting on anything with the logos PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!) Please note: I may give a sheet for you to sign basically releasing the logo to you, but I still have half copyright of the logo
No means no - I will decline every nsfw (or similar) request, or if I am not comfortable
Please set time aside for questions I may ask. The more you are able to answer the speedier I am able to get things done
Once your first payment(s) have gone through I will NOT be able to run a refund, so please make sure you are 100% on doing a commission with me, I will make sure your time and money are well spent as that is my top priority!
I WILL USE YOUR COMMISSIONS ON MY PORTFOLIO!!!!!! If you are getting a commission that has something to do with you being in an "nda" I will hold back on posting it until your nda is over (Ie. You worked on a game with that games character in the commission and said character and/or game have not been released to the public yet, I will hold on posting)
As always, I am human, please respect my time and feelings, If I need to put your commission on hold I will tell you as soon as I can
Breaking any of these rules will lead to you being Blacklisted and blocked on any social media platform
