Uwe Scheunemann developed the Retro Musicbox app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Uwe Scheunemann free of charge and is intended for use "as is". 

This page is used to inform visitors of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, in case someone has decided to use my service.

You are a valued user and respecting your privacy is my primary concern. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not process your personal data and do not pass them on to third parties for any reason. The information we collect is mainly used to create logs, error reports, performance log analysis reports, crash reports, etc. that do not identify you personally. • Application means "Retro Musicbox" 

• "My", "I" and "Developer" refer to the developer of the Retro Musicbox App: Uwe Scheunemann 

• User means the person using the Application 

• Storage means your SD card/external storage and your device's internal storage. We do not collect any personal information about you. 

My application requires permission to access your:

• Storage: We need access to your storage to install the application. Also, we need access to your device storage to add the audio files to the playlist available in the application. This permission is also required to install the application on the storage device and save phone memory. 

• Audio settings and reading the contents of your storage: the application allows you to edit the information of the audio files, e.g. B. the name of the audio file, details about the artist and album. You can also delete unwanted files using the application. Therefore, this permission is required. 

• Device and app information: In order to detect the crashes and restore the application to its state, we need to know your operating system and its version. The log data created for this purpose contains information about the operating system version, the configuration of the app when using my service, the time and date of your use of the service. All user logs, crash reports, performance reports and analysis logs are collected anonymously. There is no assignment to a device or user ID. 

• Phone Status: Your phone status is only read for the purpose of controlling audio playback. 

• Prevent the phone from sleeping: This is necessary for the application to work according to your needs. You can set the sleep timer to play the audios for a specified length of time. If this permission is not allowed, the application will be terminated as soon as the phone goes to sleep. 

• Accessibility: This permission is only needed to bring the voice assistant to your home screen, so you can use this feature without opening the app. This permission is required by the Android system for such a function.

I may update my privacy policy from time to time. It is therefore recommended to regularly check this page for changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
