My Fitbit is acting odd?
Generally, most problems are fixed by resetting the Fitbit.
Reset your Fitbit by:
Ionic, Versa, and Versa Lite: Hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time until you see the Fitbit logo. Also, close the Fitbit app on your phone and restart the phone. It’s not unusual to have occasional connection issues between the phone and Fitbit.
Versa 2, Versa 3 and Sense: Hold the left button until you see the Fitbit logo. Also, close the Fitbit app on your phone and restart the phone. It’s not unusual to have occasional connection issues between the phone and Fitbit.
I'm not getting notifications?
First, hold your left button and check that you didn’t accidentally switch off notifications or that your Fitbit is in sleep mode. It’s easy to do this without even realizing it! Second, I find that like most computers, the Fitbit needs an occasional reboot. Reset your Fitbit and Phone following the steps above.
How do I uninstall a clock face?
Good news! You don't need to uninstall any clock faces, just choose a new one from the clock face gallery and install! If you want to completely remove a clock there is an option under the clock face settings, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Remove Clock Face.
I want 12 or 24 Hour time, how do I change it?
My clocks will read your preference for either 12 or 24 hour time from your Fitbit account. This means that what ever you set your online account to will be displayed on your Fitbit. To change settings log onto fitbit.com. Open the dashboard, click on the gear and settings. Within settings you will see an option for "clock display time." click on it and within a few minutes your clock should change. If it's not changing try resetting your watch.
I want to buy a Paid clock face, how do I pay?
I use K-pay for purchases. It’s super easy. You wait till the end of the trial or go to settings and click the pay now button (not all faces support this feature). The address for K-pay will pop-up: https://k-pay.io/code/ and it will show all your options for making a one time payment. That’s it!
Where are my clock faces?
After purchase Kpay will send you an email with all clockfaces in your purchase. You can tap on links provided in the email to download them or search for the clock face by name using the Fitbit App or the Online Clock gallery. Please know that for paid faces, you will need to enter a code each time you delete a clock face, but you will not be charged again. Remember to tap the, "already paid" button on your Fitbit and "Tap here to unlock for free" button on Kpay.
Save my clock faces?
Fitbit can save your favorite watch faces! Use the "Clocks" app to save your clock faces. This means that you will not need to enter a code when switching clock faces using the Clocks App, and you don't have to re-download them!
I've already Paid. Why do I have to enter a code again?
If you use the Fitbit Clocks App you can avoid this step by saving clock faces on your Fitbit. If you delete a clock face, unfortunately, you will need to re-enter a code the next time you use it. You do not need to pay again. Use this process:
1. Load your clock face and tap "already paid."
2. When your Fitbit shows the code, go to https://k-pay.io/code/ and click, "Tap here to unlock for free."
3. Enter the code on your Fitbit and your email. That's it.
