Children should be provided proper supervision.
No pets.
No smoking.
Car with manual transmission is available for an additional fee.
No loud music or noise that could disturb neighbors.
Please avoid wearing shoes in the house (slippers are available).
No running or jumping on any deck (or in the house).
We take great care of everything here -- treat it as if it were your own.
If you choose to use the hot tub, you are responsible for filling and heating it:
Fill the tub using hoses connected to the spigot outside
Tub takes time to heat up, so set heater an hour in advance
Sweep needles and dirt off of hot tub cover before removing
Turn off and replace cover when done
Don’t leave the tub filled for extended periods; drain it regularly.
When using outdoor grill/fireplace:
Do not move the unit from its current location
Attend to the fire at all times, keeping a filled water bucket nearby
Drench completely after use
