RetireIQ Pro is designed to keep your financial information private. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data.
Nothing. RetireIQ Pro does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or financial information. We do not operate any servers that receive your data, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
All the numbers you enter: account balances, income, contribution rates, saved plans, and every calculation result, are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device data storage (SwiftData).
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your saved plans may sync across your own devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This sync happens entirely within your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data: Apple's standard iCloud privacy and security protections apply, the same as any other app that uses iCloud. You can control this through your device's iCloud settings at any time.
RetireIQ Pro offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information: Apple handles this according to their own privacy policy.
If you enable the optional App Lock feature, RetireIQ Pro uses Apple's Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode (via Apple's LocalAuthentication framework) to lock the app. Your biometric data is managed entirely by iOS and is never accessible to us or stored by this app.
RetireIQ Pro is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
