Eligibility: Entry is open to students, entrepreneurs, and working professionals. All attendees must provide a valid government-issued ID or College ID at the registration desk.
Right of Admission: ClgKart reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or evict any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unprofessional, or poses a safety risk. This includes harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate networking.
Non-Solicitation & Professional Conduct: While networking is encouraged, "hard-selling" or aggressive solicitation of services without prior consent from the organizers is prohibited.
Intellectual Property (IP) Disclaimer: "The Caffeinated Founder" is an open forum. ClgKart is not liable for the protection of any ideas, trade secrets, or business models shared by attendees during the event. We recommend using NDAs for private side-discussions; the public floor is considered "public domain."
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClgKart, its founders, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any:
Personal injury or health issues.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property (laptops, phones, etc.).
Direct or indirect business losses resulting from advice shared by speakers/mentors.
Prohibited Items: No alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed. We maintain a strictly professional, substance-free environment.
Force Majeure: ClgKart is not liable for cancellations due to "Acts of God" (weather, strikes, government lockdowns, or sudden venue unavailability). Venue can be chnaged also date, new date will be provided by TCF within 7 Days, if not users can ask for full refund.
Data Consent: By registering, you provide explicit consent to ClgKart to collect and process your name, contact details, and professional/college info for event management.
Professional Networking: You agree that your basic professional profile (Name/Industry) may be shared with other attendees/sponsors to facilitate networking.
Media Release: You acknowledge that the event will be recorded. You grant ClgKart a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image, voice, and likeness in promotional videos, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), and marketing materials.
Data Security: While we use secure systems, ClgKart is not responsible for data breaches on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Google, or Payment Gateways).
Marketing: You may receive updates about future ClgKart meetups. You can opt-out at any time by replying "Unsubscribe."
Final Sale: All registration fees (₹99/₹199) are non refundable. This applies to "no-shows," travel delays, or changes in personal/work schedules.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable. To transfer your spot, email tcftf@clgkart.app or WhatsApp us at least 3 Days before the event with the new attendee's Name, Email, and ID proof.
Organizer Cancellation: If ClgKart cancels the event, a 100% refund of the ticket price will be issued. Note: Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
Technical Errors: For payment failures where money is debited but no ticket is issued, attendees must contact their bank. ClgKart will assist in verification but is not responsible for banking delays.
Disclaimer: "The Caffeinated Founder" is an independent networking session. Views expressed by individual speakers, mentors, or attendees do not necessarily reflect the official views of ClgKart, its sponsors, or any affiliated educational institutions. Attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
Admission & Identification: Entry is strictly by valid QR code/Registration ID AND a matching Government/College Photo ID. ClgKart reserves the right to deny entry without a refund if ID is not produced.
Behavioral "Kick out" Clause: We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, stalking, digital bullying, or any form of discrimination (caste, religion, gender, or professional status). If removed for behavior, no refund will be issued, and the attendee may be blacklisted from future events.
Medical Disclaimer & Emergency: Attendees certify they are physically fit to attend. In case of a medical emergency, ClgKart is authorized to seek medical aid at the attendee’s expense. ClgKart is not liable for the quality of medical care received.
Recording & Wiretapping: Unauthorized professional-grade video recording or "live-streaming" of the entire session by attendees is prohibited to protect the Intellectual Property of our speakers.
Non-Endorsement: The presence of any speaker, sponsor, or professional does not constitute an endorsement by ClgKart. We are a platform, not a guarantor of their services or claims.
The "Anti Poaching" Clause: Companies or professionals attending are prohibited from using this event to actively "headhunt" or poach employees/team members from ClgKart or its partners during the event hours.
Third-Party Data Processing: You acknowledge that ClgKart uses third-party tools (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Razorpay/Stripe). Your data is subject to their privacy policies as well. ClgKart is not liable for "Zero Day" exploits or global server hacks on these platforms.
Data Accuracy: The attendee is responsible for providing the correct email/phone. ClgKart is not liable if you miss the event because you entered a typo in your contact details.
Cookie/Tracking Consent: By visiting clgkart.app to register, you consent to the use of cookies and pixels for retargeting and analytical purposes.
The "No Chargeback" Clause: By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with their bank for "Service Not Rendered" if they simply failed to show up.
Price Fluctuations: ClgKart reserves the right to change ticket prices (Flash Sales/Early Bird). No partial refunds will be given to those who bought tickets at a higher price previously.
Connectivity Issues: ClgKart is not responsible for double payments caused by the attendee refreshing the page during a transaction.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Kolkata] only.
Indemnification: The attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ClgKart, its founders, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the attendee’s actions at the event.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be legally invalid by a court, the rest of the terms will remain 100% in effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and ClgKart and supersede any verbal promises made by volunteers or on social media comments.
Venue Rules: Attendees must follow all rules of the host venue. Any damage caused by an attendee to the venue property will be billed directly to that attendee.
Epidemic/Pandemic: Attendees follow local health guidelines. ClgKart is not liable if an attendee claims to have contracted an illness (like Flu or COVID 19) at the event.
