Research material and lot documents.
Retatrutide research peptide listings describe laboratory material, and a listing, an identity record and a lot report each answer a different question. Curo's Reta 10mg Kit listing is one example. It links a lot report with purity, fill and endotoxin fields.
A listing names a product, a lot and a size. Curo's research-use policy states that its products are intended solely for in vitro study, pre-clinical research and related scientific purposes.
FDA's statements about retatrutide, including its statements about products labeled for research, are on the retatrutide FDA approval page.
Compare these items in the listing and the lot report before choosing material.
The compound name on the label and in the report.
The lot number on the vial and in the report.
The identity method. The testing-method page below lists FTIR or LC-MS, and LC-MS reports a measured molecular mass.
The purity method. The same page describes HPLC purity as the target compound's percentage of total detected peak area.
The fill result, which reports the measured amount of material in each vial.
The endotoxin and sterility results, where the laboratory reports them.

A 2026 letter in Drug and Alcohol Review analyzed three products sold as retatrutide in Australia, each labelled as containing 10 mg. An accredited laboratory confirmed identity by molecular weight, and the measured weights of all three samples closely matched the expected 4730.477 Da. Measured retatrutide content was 5.13 mg, 19.0 mg and 16.5 mg, which is 51.3%, 190.0% and 165.0% of the labelled amount. The authors noted that only three samples were analyzed and that sterility and endotoxin were not assessed. Source: Piatkowski and colleagues, 2026, PMC13445994 (PMID 42559975).
A lot report records what one laboratory measured in a sample from one lot. A report lists endotoxin and sterility only where the laboratory provides them, so a report without those fields leaves them unanswered. A report says nothing about outcomes in people. Lilly states that retatrutide's safety and efficacy are still being evaluated in clinical trials. Source: Lilly, What to know about retatrutide.
The retatrutide page lists the FDA UNII and PubChem identity records for the molecule. Reports are grouped by lot in Curo's COA library.
