As used in this Agreement, the following words, phrases, or terms shall have the following meanings:

"APPLICATION" means the actual copy of Blast Pressure application.

"AUTHOR" mean the Seller/Provider Rab Elias

"Related Materials" means all of the user, reference, or related information supplied by Blast Pressure Application in printed or electronic form.

THE FOLLOWING CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AUTHOR AND SETS FORTH THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES. READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE APPLICATION AND RELATED MATERIAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD IT ON YOUR DEVICE.

You agree that you may not:

• Copy APPLICATION or any documentation, sublicense, distribute, disclose, or transfer APPLICATION or documentation, in whole or in part to any third party.

• Use APPLICATION, documentation or any portion thereof after termination or cancellation of this Agreement, or the license granted hereunder.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble APPLICATION, or make any attempt to discover the source code to the APPLICATION.

Except as expressly permitted in this License Agreement, APPLICATION may not be used, copied, translated, redistributed, retransmitted, published, sold, rented, leased, marketed, sublicensed, pledged, assigned, disposed of, encumbered, transferred, altered, modified or enhanced, whether in whole or in part, nor may you create derivative works from or based on the APPLICATION.

The restrictions set will never expire. The term of this Agreement and the license granted to you shall commence upon installation of APPLICATION on your iOS device.

• Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the APPLICATION shall remain in Author and are protected by national and international copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

• APPLICATION is licensed, not sold. There is no transfer to you of any title to or ownership of the software and the license granted under this License Agreement should not be construed as a sale of any right in the application. You must treat the application like any other copyrighted materials.

• You may not make additional copies of APPLICATION. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the application except for educational purpose.

All rights not specifically granted under this License Agreement are reserved by Author.

THE APPLICATION AND ANY DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR THE SELECTION AND USE OF THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION AND AUTHOR.

SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MALFUNCTIONS, DEFECTS, OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF APPLICATION AND/OR DOCUMENTATION.

AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF \(author) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTHOR LIABILITY HEREUNDER, IF ANY, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE AND ANY DOCUMENTATION. NO CLAIM, REFUND, DEMAND, OR CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE VALID.

The developer of the APPLICATION, has taken every effort to make it reliable and accurate.

However, it is the END USER’S responsibility to independently verify the accuracy and reliability of the APPLICATION.

No express or implied warranty is provided by its developer on the accuracy or reliability of the application.

AUTHOR is not and will not be liable to you or your company for any damages, claims and / or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings, even if AUTHOR have been advised of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims, or costs.

It is the END USER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to independently verify the accuracy and reliability of the application. No express or implied warranty is provided by AUTHOR on the accuracy or reliability of the application.

BY INSTALLING APPLICATION ON YOUR IOS DEVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES WHICH SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.

If any of the provisions of the Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and the offending provision shall, to the extent possible, be so construed and reformed as to render the same enforceable."
