This app is primarily designed as an Offline-First Application. This means that your personal data (Resumes, CVs, Job Applications, ID Cards) is created and stored locally on your device using a secure database. We do not upload your personal information to our servers. However, we use third-party services (Google AdMob, Facebook SDK) that may collect specific device information to provide advertisements and analytics.
2. Data Collection and Use
A. Personal Information (Stored Locally) All information you enter to create documents (such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Education, Work Experience, Skills, Projects, and References) is stored solely on your device within the app's private database (Room/SQLite). You have full control to edit, export, or delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
B. Job Tracker & Analytics Data Data entered in the "Job Tracker" feature and analytics generated regarding your resume score are processed and stored locally on your device.
C. Device Information (Collected by Third Parties) To display relevant advertisements and ensure app security, our third-party partners (Google AdMob, Facebook SDK) collect and process the following data:
Advertising ID (GAID): A unique ID used for advertising and analytics.
Android ID: A unique device identifier.
IP Address: Used to determine general location (e.g., country/region) for ad targeting.
Performance Data: Crash logs, diagnostics, and app launch times.
3. User Consent (GDPR & UMP SDK) We value your choice. When you launch the app, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request your consent regarding the collection of data for personalized advertisements. You have the right to consent to or decline personalized ads. You can manage your preferences inside the app settings.
4. App Permissions We request the following permissions to provide specific features:
CAMERA: Required to capture photos for your profile picture or ID card creation.
READ/WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE: Required to save generated PDF resumes, ID cards, and to pick images from your gallery.
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required by Google AdMob and Facebook SDK to load ads, analytics, manage consent, and for crash reporting.
AD_ID Permission: Required by Google Play policies to support advertising services.
5. Third-Party Services We use the following trusted third-party services. Their data collection usage is governed by their respective privacy policies:
