The App allows you to enter information for creating and managing your resumes.

This may include:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Address, city, or location

• LinkedIn profile

• GitHub profile

• Portfolio or website links

• Professional summary

• Work experience

• Education history

• Skills

• Certifications

• Projects

• Custom resume sections

• Other information that you voluntarily enter into your resume

• Profile photographs selected from your device

How This Information Is Handled

Your resume and profile information are processed and stored locally on your device.

We do not operate a proprietary server, database, account system, or cloud storage service that receives or stores your resume information.

Your:

• Name

• Email

• Phone number

• Address

• Professional information

• Resume content

• Work history

• Education

• Skills

• Certifications

• Projects

• Profile photographs are not uploaded to our servers.

The App does not transmit this information to us for storage or processing.

B. Automatically Collected Information

The App uses third-party services that may collect certain technical information necessary for advertising, consent management, and push notifications.

Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Depending on applicable laws, consent choices, device settings, and Google's services, AdMob may process information such as:

• Android Advertising ID or other advertising identifiers

• IP address

• Approximate location derived from network information

• Device type and model

• Operating system information

• App and advertising interaction information

• Advertisement impressions and interactions

• Technical and diagnostic information

• Information used for advertising, fraud prevention, security, and frequency management

This information is processed by Google and its advertising services according to Google's applicable policies.

The App does not receive or store your advertising profile as a personal resume record.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to manage advertising consent where required.

For example, users in applicable regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be shown an advertising consent interface.

Users can manage applicable advertising privacy choices through:

Settings → Privacy & Advertising → Ad Privacy Preferences

Consent information and related technical information may be processed by Google's consent infrastructure.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver general application notifications, such as:

• Resume tips

• Template announcements

• Feature updates

• Application announcements

Firebase may process technical information required to deliver notifications, including an FCM registration token and device/application information.

The FCM token is stored locally by the App and is not sent to a developer-operated backend server.

The App uses a general broadcast notification topic and does not send your resume content through FCM.

Information and services used by the App serve the following purposes:

Resume and Profile Information

Information you enter is used locally to:

• Create resumes

• Edit resumes

• Display resume previews

• Save resume drafts

• Manage multiple resumes

• Generate PDF documents

• Customize resume templates

• Display profile photographs

• Perform ATS-related analysis

• Match resume content against job descriptions

• Provide resume suggestions and scoring

ATS Analysis

The App's ATS analysis operates locally on your device.

The ATS engine uses bundled JavaScript logic and predefined keyword data to analyze resume content.

Your resume information and job descriptions entered for ATS analysis are not sent to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, or another external AI service.

ATS analysis does not require a cloud server.

PDF Generation

Resume PDFs are generated locally on your device.

The App uses local device resources to create the PDF and temporarily stores generated files in the application's local cache during the export process.

The App does not upload your resume to a server to generate the PDF.

Advertising

Google AdMob is used to:

• Display advertisements

• Deliver and measure advertisements

• Prevent advertising fraud and abuse

• Manage advertising frequency

• Support advertising services

Advertising data is handled by Google according to its applicable policies and your consent choices where required.

Push Notifications

Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver general application notifications and announcements.

You can control notifications through the App's notification settings and your Android device settings.

Local Resume Storage

Your resume and profile information are stored locally on your device.

The App uses local storage technologies such as:

• AsyncStorage

• MMKV

• Android application sandbox storage

This may include your:

• Profile information

• Resume information

• Resume drafts

• Resume settings

• Template preferences

• App preferences

• Notification preferences

Profile Photos

Profile photos selected for your resume are processed and stored within the application's private local storage.

Photos are not uploaded to our servers.

ATS Information

Job descriptions entered for ATS analysis are processed locally.

ATS results are calculated on the device and are not transmitted to our servers.

PDF Files

During PDF generation, temporary files may be created in the application's local cache.

These files are used to generate or share the PDF and are cleaned up by the App where applicable.

When you use the Android sharing function, the Android system allows you to choose where the PDF is shared.

The App does not control or receive the destination selected through the Android system share sheet.

Firebase Information

An FCM registration token may be stored locally by the App for notification functionality.

Firebase may separately process information required to provide its messaging service.

Advertising Information

Advertising-related information collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google and is subject to Google's applicable data retention and privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your resume or profile information.

We do not operate a proprietary backend server or database for storing your resume information.

Your resume content is not intentionally shared with third parties by the App.

However, the App uses third-party services that may process certain technical information required to provide their services.

Google AdMob

Google AdMob processes advertising-related information to provide advertisements and related services.

This may include advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, advertisement interactions, and other technical information.

Google User Messaging Platform

Google UMP processes information necessary to determine and manage applicable advertising consent requirements.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

Firebase Cloud Messaging processes information necessary to deliver application notifications.

Android System Sharing

When you choose to share an exported resume, the App invokes the Android system share sheet.

You choose the application or destination where the PDF is shared.

For example, you may choose a messaging, email, cloud-storage, or file-management application installed on your device.

Once you choose another application, that application's own privacy policy and terms apply.

No Developer Backend

The Developer does not operate a custom backend API, database, or cloud-storage system for your resume data.

We therefore do not receive or maintain copies of your resumes on our own servers.

The App requests only permissions necessary for its functionality.

Internet Permission

The Internet permission is used for services such as:

• Google AdMob advertising

• Firebase Cloud Messaging

• Google advertising consent services

• Opening external web pages when requested by the user

Internet connectivity may allow third-party services to communicate with their servers.

Notifications Permission

On supported Android versions, the App may request notification permission to display:

• Resume reminders

• Application announcements

• Resume tips

• Feature updates

• Other application notifications

You can deny or disable notification permission through Android settings.

Vibration Permission

The App may use vibration functionality for user-interface feedback and notification behavior.

The production application does not request:

• Camera permission

• Microphone permission

• Contacts permission

• Fine location permission

• Background location permission

• Full external storage access

• Read external storage permission

• Write external storage permission

Profile photographs are selected using Android's supported photo-selection mechanisms.

You have control over the resume information stored locally on your device.

In-App Data Deletion

The App provides a "Clear All Data" option in Settings.

Using this option removes locally stored application data such as:

• Saved resumes

• User profile information

• Resume drafts

• Application settings

• Theme preferences

• Local notification history

• References to locally stored profile photographs

• Other locally stored resume-related information

Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the App generally removes the App's private local storage from your device, including locally stored resume information and profile photographs, subject to the behavior of the Android operating system and any files that you separately exported or shared.

Exported or Shared Files

If you export or share a PDF and save it outside the App's private storage, that copy is no longer controlled by the App.

You must delete such copies separately from the location where you saved or shared them.

Third-Party Data

The App cannot directly delete information that may have been processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob or Firebase.

Such information is handled according to the respective provider's policies and applicable data-retention procedures.

Advertising preferences can be managed through the App's:

Settings → Privacy & Advertising → Ad Privacy Preferences

where applicable.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Your resume information is primarily stored within the application's local storage and private application sandbox.

The App does not maintain a developer-operated cloud database containing your resumes.

Network communication used by third-party services is performed through their supported secure communication mechanisms.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any copies of resumes that you export or share.
