To provide you with high-quality resume, CV, and letter generation services, we collect several types of information.
A. Information You Directly Provide
- Profile & Contact Data: When you build your profile, you provide personal details such as your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing Address, and Social Media links (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Professional & Academic History: To compile your documents, you provide details about your Work Experience (company names, job titles, roles, and dates), Education History (schools, degrees, graduation years), Skills, Certifications, and personal summaries.
- Profile Picture: You may optionally upload a profile picture. This image is stored locally on your device's secure application directory and is only used to render your visual CV document. We do not upload or store your photo on our servers.
B. Automatically Collected Data & Device Identifiers
- AdMob Identifiers: Because our App displays advertising to support its free tier, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, track ad impressions, and prevent fraud.
- Local Storage : We use standard local storage on your device to save your generated document history and locally track your daily document generation limits so the app functions properly offline.
2. How Your Information Is Processed
A. Firebase Authentication (Google & Email Sign-In)
We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts securely.
- If you sign up using Email & Password, your credentials are encrypted and stored securely by Firebase.
- If you sign up using Google Sign-In, we access your public Google profile information (such as your verified email, name, and profile picture URL) from Google's secure servers to initialize your account.
B. Artificial Intelligence Document Generation
When you request our App to write or enhance your professional summary, cover letter, complaint, or request:
- The personal text details you entered into the form fields are securely sent to Google's language models.
- This data is processed solely to compose and return your drafted document.
- According to Google's data privacy commitments, your personal resume details are not used by Google to train or improve their public foundational machine
learning models.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the
App:
- Google Firebase: For secure user authentication, database management, and hosting.
- Google Vertex AI / Firebase AI: For processing form text to generate your summaries and letters.
- Google AdMob: For rendering and tracking in-app interstitial and rewarded advertisements.

4. Data Security and Retention
- Local Data Security: Your document database history and profile pictures are stored locally in your device's protected application sandbox. They are
deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.
- Account Data: Your secure authentication record is retained by Firebase as long as your account is active.
- Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS and SSL) provided by Firebase and Google Cloud to safeguard data transmissions between your device and backend services. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the following rights:
- Access and Update: You can directly edit or update all of your profile details, skills, and histories inside the App at any time.
- Delete Local Documents: You can delete any saved CV or Letter directly from your local document history list.
- Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud records by contacting us at our
support email listed below.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is designed for professional adults and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our authentication servers.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the
