Restore Counseling will offer exceptional quality counseling so that clients can strengthen their emotional, relational and spiritual well-being. Therapists will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjusting to life changes, ADHD, and/or anger.
Clients who share the Christian commitment will find the goals of counseling to be consistent with increased spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with Christ. Clients who do not have a Christian commitment will find there is no intention to impose Christian beliefs and values. The counselor(s) will only incorporate the spiritual dimensions of their work to the extent the client desires.
