I am a professional basketball player with Team Solent Kestrels in Southampton, representing Great Britain on the international stage and winning 7 championships worldwide. As a 2× Defensive Player of the Year in Division 1, I bring the same discipline, resilience, and high-performance mindset from the court into my work with individuals, schools, and communities.

My journey has taken me through the University of Colorado (Otero JC) and the University of Hawaii (Chaminade University of Honolulu), where I combined academics with elite sport. Beyond athletics, I am a qualified massage therapist, therapeutically trained practitioner, mental health first aider, and professional mentor — equipping me to support both the body and the mind.

Recognised for my impact beyond sport, I was honoured with the Role Model of the Year Award (East Midlands, 2023/24), nominated as a Sports Champion at No.10 Downing Street, and received the High Sheriff Award (2023/24)for my dedication to community leadership and youth development.

Through Restore, I bring together my lived experience, professional training, and passion for helping others. Whether on the court, in the classroom, or through coaching and wellbeing sessions, my mission is simple: to help people reset, refocus, and rise.
