About Me

I am a professional organiser located in Apley, Telford in the UK. I have always been a fan of creating To-Do lists and scheduling tasks in my diary. As a child, I absolutely loved interior decorating our family home with my mom and rearranging my bedroom to create a beautiful sanctuary where I felt calm, happy and at peace, although there was a stage where half of my wardrobe ended up on my bedroom floor!

As an adult my love for interior decorating and organised spaces grew and I enjoyed every moment of creating filing systems, helping with home move scheduling and tidying spaces for friends and family.

I have a degree in Microbiology and Genetics, but when I entered the working world, I discovered that I enjoyed tidying and organising the lab space more than the actual lab work!

This prompted a lot of soul searching for me and I decided that I needed a change, and that is where the journey of Restored Home Organising began.

The name Restored Home Organising resonates with me because of of the holistic approach that I take when organising a space, inviting the family I am helping to feel good, at peace and restored while we are re-storing and organising items in their home. I am a Christian and love this scripture and the meaning that it brings to my life and business:

Psalm 51:12

12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

I am blessed to have an incredible husband and two beautiful cat fur-children who all support my love of all things organising. When I am not organising spaces, you can find me traveling, writing or enjoying a walk in nature, trying to find my zen!
