2025 Bulk Beef Information

We begin accepting Bulk Beef Orders in May each year, for fall delivery.

Quarter of Beef - Approx 170 lbs. dressed weight

$9.70/lb for a total cost of ~$1650 depending on the actual weight of the animal. You will need approx 4 cubic feet of freezer space for this and it will be approx 110 lbs of beef delivered to you. 

Deposit - $800. Delivery is free within a 25km radius of the farm.

Half of Beef - Approx 330 lbs. dressed weight

$9.60/lb for a total cost of ~$3150 depending on the actual weight of the animal. You will need approx 8 cubic ft of freezer space for this, and it will be approx 220 lbs of beef delivered to you.

Deposit - $1600. Delivery is free within a 25km radius of the farm.

Whole Beef - Approx 650 lbs dressed weight. 

$9.50/lb for a total cost of ~$6150 depending on the actual weight of the animal. You will need approx 16 cubic ft of freezer space for this, and it will be approx 440 lbs of beef delivered to you. 

Deposit - $3200. Delivery is free within a 25km radius of the farm.

50 lb Beef Box 

This will be exactly 50 lbs of beef and will include various high value and regular cuts, as well as ground beef which will be proportional to what is normal from a beef animal. The cuts will be packaged in portion sizes that are typical compared to what you would find in a grocery store.

Price - $775

Deposit - $350 This will be ready for pickup from our farm in the first or second week of November.

For the 3 options above, you will consult with the butcher to give him your requests on how you would like to have your order processed. This will give you the opportunity to specify things like how thick you like to have your steaks, and if you want certain cuts to be ground beef or not, amount in each package etc. You can always defer to his expertise if you are not sure. These orders will be delivered in the first or second week of November.
