PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to the BB Rush app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muhammet Fatih Aktaş (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? The Application does not explicitly require you to provide any personally identifiable information directly (such as your name or email). However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, serve personalized advertisements, and analyze app performance.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device? This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and their service. The Application shares data with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement (such as the ad networks mentioned above).
What are my opt-out rights? You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also opt-out of personalized advertising by modifying your device's ad tracking settings (e.g., opting out of Ads Personalization in your Google Settings).
Children The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (restgamestudio@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by third-party ad networks. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information processed, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application (BB Rush), you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider (Muhammet Fatih Aktaş).
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application utilizes third-party services (such as ad networks) that process data to provide the Service and serve advertisements. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system, and these requirements may change. You will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Yalnızca toplu ve anonimleştirilmiş veriler, Hizmet Sağlayıcının Uygulamayı ve sunduğu hizmetleri geliştirmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla belirli aralıklarla harici hizmetlere aktarılmaktadır. Uygulama, verileri yalnızca bu gizlilik politikasında açıklanan şekillerde üçüncü taraflarla paylaşır (örneğin yukarıda belirtilen reklam ağlarıyla).
Bilgi Toplamayı Durdurma Haklarım Nelerdir?
Uygulamayı kaldırarak bilgi toplanmasını kolayca durdurabilirsiniz. Mobil cihazınızın işletim sistemi tarafından sunulan standart kaldırma yöntemlerini veya uygulamayı indirdiğiniz uygulama mağazasındaki kaldırma seçeneklerini kullanabilirsiniz. Çocuklar
Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamak veya onlara pazarlama yapmak amacıyla kullanılmamaktadır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, çocuklardan bilerek kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, tüm çocukların Uygulama ve/veya Hizmetler aracılığıyla hiçbir kişisel bilgiyi paylaşmamalarını tavsiye etmektedir.Bir çocuğun Uygulama aracılığıyla Hizmet Sağlayıcıya kişisel bilgi sağladığına inanmanız için bir neden varsa, gerekli işlemlerin yapılabilmesi için lütfen Hizmet Sağlayıcı ile aşağıdaki e-posta adresi üzerinden iletişime geçin:

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaya önem vermektedir. Bununla birlikte, makul güvenlik önlemleri alınmasına rağmen hiçbir güvenlik sisteminin tüm olası güvenlik ihlallerini tamamen önleyemeyeceğini lütfen unutmayın.
Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman herhangi bir nedenle güncellenebilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, yeni Gizlilik Politikası'nı bu sayfada yayımlayarak yapılan değişiklikler hakkında kullanıcıları bilgilendirecektir. BB Rush uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları otomatik olarak kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bu şartları dikkatlice okumanız ve anlamanız önemle tavsiye edilir.
Uygulamanın, uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünün veya ticari markalarımızın izinsiz kopyalanması ya da değiştirilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya yönelik girişimlerde bulunmak, uygulamayı başka dillere çevirmek veya türev sürümler oluşturmak yasaktır. Uygulamayla ilgili tüm ticari markalar, telif hakları, veri tabanı hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları Hizmet Sağlayıcıya (Muhammet Fatih Aktaş) aittir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamanın mümkün olduğunca faydalı ve verimli olmasını sağlamaya kararlıdır. Bu nedenle, herhangi bir zamanda ve herhangi bir nedenle Uygulamada değişiklik yapma veya hizmetleri için ücret talep etme hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulama veya hizmetleriyle ilgili herhangi bir ücretlendirmeyi size açık bir şekilde bildireceğini taahhüt eder.
Uygulama, hizmet sunmak ve reklam göstermek amacıyla veri işleyen üçüncü taraf hizmetleri (örneğin reklam ağları) kullanmaktadır. Telefonunuzun ve Uygulamaya erişiminizin güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, cihazınızın resmi işletim sistemi tarafından uygulanan yazılım kısıtlamalarını kaldırmayı ifade eden jailbreak veya root işlemlerini yapmamanızı önemle tavsiye eder. Bu işlemler cihazınızı kötü amaçlı yazılımlara, virüslere ve diğer güvenlik risklerine açık hale getirebilir, cihazınızın güvenlik özelliklerini zayıflatabilir ve Uygulamanın düzgün çalışmamasına veya hiç çalışmamasına neden olabilir.
Lütfen Hizmet Sağlayıcının bazı konularda sorumluluk kabul etmediğini unutmayın. Uygulamanın bazı işlevleri aktif bir internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Bu bağlantı Wi-Fi veya mobil ağ sağlayıcınız tarafından sağlanabilir. Wi-Fi erişiminizin olmaması veya mobil veri kotanızın tükenmiş olması nedeniyle Uygulamanın tam performansla çalışmamasından Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı Wi-Fi dışında bir bağlantıyla kullanıyorsanız, mobil operatörünüzün sözleşme şartlarının geçerli olmaya devam edeceğini unutmayın. Bu nedenle uygulamayı kullanırken oluşabilecek veri kullanımı ücretlerinden veya diğer üçüncü taraf ücretlerinden siz sorumlu olabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu tür ücretlerin tamamının sorumluluğunu kabul etmiş olursunuz. Buna, veri dolaşımını (roaming) kapatmadan uygulamayı kendi ülkeniz veya bölgeniz dışında kullanmanız durumunda oluşabilecek dolaşım ücretleri de dahildir. Eğer uygulamayı kullandığınız cihazın fatura sorumlusu siz değilseniz, gerekli izinleri aldığınızı kabul ederiz.
Benzer şekilde, Hizmet Sağlayıcı uygulamayı kullanım şeklinizden her zaman sorumlu tutulamaz. Örneğin cihazınızın şarjının yeterli seviyede tutulması sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınızın şarjı biter ve hizmete erişemezseniz, Hizmet Sağlayıcı bundan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcının sorumluluğu açısından, uygulamanın her zaman güncel ve doğru olması için çaba gösterilse de bazı bilgilerin sağlanmasında üçüncü taraflara bağımlı olunduğunu belirtmek gerekir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın bu işlevlerine tamamen güvenmeniz sonucunda doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak oluşabilecek herhangi bir zarar veya kayıptan sorumlu değildir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı zaman zaman uygulamayı güncelleyebilir. Uygulama şu anda belirli işletim sistemi gereksinimlerine uygun olarak sunulmaktadır ve bu gereksinimler zamanla değişebilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek istiyorsanız güncellemeleri indirmeniz gerekebilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamayı her zaman sizin için güncel tutacağını veya cihazınızda yüklü olan işletim sistemi sürümüyle uyumlu hale getireceğini garanti etmez. Ancak siz, sunulduğu takdirde uygulama güncellemelerini kabul etmeyi kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı ayrıca uygulamayı sunmayı durdurabilir ve size önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın uygulamanın kullanımını sonlandırabilir. Aksi belirtilmediği sürece, hizmet sonlandırıldığında:
(a) Bu şartlar kapsamında size tanınan tüm haklar ve lisanslar sona erer.
(b) Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalı ve gerekliyse cihazınızdan silmelisiniz.
Bu Şartlar ve Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bu Şartlar ve Koşulları belirli aralıklarla güncelleyebilir. Bu nedenle, herhangi bir değişiklik olup olmadığını görmek için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak incelemeniz önerilir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, yeni Şartlar ve Koşulları bu sayfada yayımlayarak değişiklikler hakkında kullanıcıları bilgilendirecektir.
Bu Şartlar ve Koşullar 26.04.2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir.
