At Rest Days Kitchen Cafe, every cup, every meal, and every flavor we serve comes from a story built on hard work, sleepless nights, and the dream of creating something comforting for people who keep showing up every single day despite how exhausting life gets.

Back in 2022, my partner and I were both working full-time on graveyard shifts. She worked as a Graphic Artist in the corporate world, while I managed a Marketing Agency serving offshore and local clients. Our days were filled with deadlines, client calls, creative pressure, and long hours powered almost entirely by coffee.

During those late nights, we realized something simple but meaningful,  no matter how stressful life became, good food and comforting drinks always made difficult days feel lighter.

A good cup of coffee could reset your mood.
A refreshing milk tea could become the reward after surviving a long shift.
A rich milkshake could turn an ordinary day into something worth enjoying.
And a satisfying meal could feel like comfort after hours of hard work.

That realization became the beginning of Rest Days Kitchen Cafe.

What started during our rest days slowly grew into something fueled by passion, creativity, and the desire to create food and drinks that people genuinely look forward to. Every recipe we offer is inspired by the kind of comfort we personally searched for during exhausting work nights, drinks that energize you, meals that satisfy cravings, and flavors that make people pause and enjoy the moment.

Coffee became the heart of our story.

It was there during sleepless deadlines, brainstorming sessions, early mornings, and late-night client meetings. Coffee wasn’t just part of our routine, it became part of our journey. That’s why every cup we serve is crafted to bring warmth, comfort, and that small feeling of motivation people need to get through busy days.

Alongside our coffee, our milk teas, milkshakes, snacks, and meals were created to give the same feeling, comforting, satisfying, indulgent, and worth coming back for.

As more people discovered us, we realized we weren’t just serving food and drinks.

We were becoming part of people’s daily routines, study sessions, work breaks, celebrations, late-night cravings, and little moments of happiness.
