No Personal Data Collection (不收集個人資料)
RestChill does NOT collect, store, or share any personal identifiable information. You can use the App freely without creating an account, registering, or providing any personal details. I do not track your identity, location, contacts, device identifiers, or personal usage habits. RestChill 絕對「不」收集、儲存或分享任何個人識別資訊。 您無需註冊帳號或提供任何個人資料即可自由使用本應用程式。我不會追蹤您的身分、位置、通訊錄、設備識別碼或個人使用習慣。
Local Data Storage (本地資料儲存)
All user preferences, including your selected interface language, queued piano tracks, ambient noise volume balances, and sleep timer settings, are stored locally on your device. I do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to any external servers or cloud storage. You can permanently erase all stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. 您所有的個人偏好設定，包含已選的介面語言、鋼琴曲目勾選清單、環境音效混音音量平衡以及睡眠定時器長度，皆完全儲存於您的本機設備中。我無法存取這些資料，且這些資料絕對不會上傳至任何外部伺服器或雲端硬碟。您可以隨時透過清除應用程式儲存空間或解除安裝，完全抹除這些本地紀錄。
In-App Purchases & Financial Security (應用程式內購買與交易安全)
The App offers optional digital purchases (Lifetime VIP and Monthly Subscription). All financial transactions are processed directly and securely by the Google Play In-App Billing system. I never have access to, nor do I collect or store your credit card details, bank information, or billing address. RestChill is an ad-free application. The App does not contain third-party banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded video SDKs (such as Google AdMob). Furthermore, no third-party behavioral analytics, profiling, or marketing SDKs are embedded within the App. I do not sell, rent, or trade your usage data with any data brokers or advertisers. RestChill 是一款無廣告應用程式。 本應用程式不包含任何第三方橫幅廣告、插頁廣告或激勵影片套件（未載入 Google AdMob 等廣告套件）。此外，本應用程式未嵌入任何第三方行為分析、使用者畫像或行銷追蹤工具。我絕不會將您的資料出售、出租或提供給任何資料經紀商或廣告商。

The App provides peaceful piano melodies, calming nature sounds, and color noise suitable for all audiences, including children and families. Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international privacy regulations. 本應用程式提供平靜祥和的鋼琴旋律、自然舒緩音效與色彩噪音，適合全年齡層使用者（包含家庭與兒童）。由於本應用程式完全不收集任何個人資料，因此完全符合美國《兒童網路隱私保護法》(COPPA) 及國際各項兒童隱私法規。

All piano melodies, natural soundscapes, and acoustic color noise frequencies embedded within RestChill are exclusively original audio creations and proprietary digital assets produced by our creative team. All rights, including global digital distribution, reproduction, and copyright, are fully reserved. No unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or extraction of audio files is permitted.
RestChill 內建收錄之所有鋼琴樂曲、大自然天籟與聲學色彩噪音，均為本團隊自主原創製作之專屬數位音訊資產。本團隊享有完整之全球數位著作權與發行權利（All Rights Reserved）。未經授權，嚴禁任何第三方進行商業轉載、擷取或再發行。

RestChill is designed exclusively as an ambient relaxation, focus, and sleep aid tool. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical treatment, psychiatric consultation, or clinical diagnosis for sleep disorders, insomnia, or anxiety. If you suffer from chronic insomnia, severe anxiety, or other medical conditions, please seek advice from a licensed medical professional. You should never listen to relaxation music or ambient sounds while driving or operating hazardous machinery.
