TERMS OF USE (EULA) & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By downloading or using Roulette: Restaurant Picker, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews annually at the cost of $2.99/year unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
• You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on your iPhone or iPad App Store settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
3. Standard EULA
• Users agree to use this application for its intended purpose as a utility tool. The developer holds no liability for dining choices or third-party mapping accuracy.
