Where is Your Data Stored?
All data you enter in the ResQMe app — including your name, email, username, phone number, password, emergency contacts, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only.
ResQMe does not store any user data on external servers or cloud services.
To delete your account and permanently remove all associated data from your device:
1.Open the ResQMe app
2.Go to Settings > Confirm Identity > Delete Account
3. Tap to delete all local data
This action will:
✅ Remove your account credentials
✅ Delete your emergency contact list
✅ Reset your preferences and settings
✅ Clear all locally stored data from your device
Alternatively, you can simply uninstall the app, and all your data will be automatically deleted.
What Happens After Deletion?
All your data is permanently deleted from the device
There is no recovery option, as no data is stored externally
You may choose to uninstall the app as an extra step
