Welcome to ResQ Cat! Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By accessing or using ResQ Cat, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
I. Service Description
ResQ Cat is a purely free-to-play simulation and entertainment game where you can engage in various in-app activities to earn virtual points, energy, and simulated rewards. The core gameplay loop focuses on saving cats and increasing your in-app progress (e.g., "Cat Rescuer Level" or "account level").
Core features include:
Progress Tracking: Engage in activities (such as feeding cats, collecting coin bubbles, completing daily care tasks) to gain experience and advance your in-app progress.
Virtual Gifts: Receive periodic virtual gifts that generate additional virtual energy or points over time.
Cat Care / Feeding Gameplay: Use virtual resources (like feed and cans) to interact with your virtual cats and collect virtual energy or virtual rewards (like coin bubbles).
All points, energy, virtual rewards, and in-game items are purely virtual. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
II. User Code of Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Do not use cheating tools (scripts, plugins) to manipulate gameplay or virtual reward generation.
Do not engage in illegal, infringing, or improper behavior.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access and cancellation of any virtual rewards.
III. Data and Progress
ResQ Cat does not require user registration. A random user ID is generated solely to track game progress, virtual energy, virtual cat health, and virtual rewards locally. This ID is primarily stored locally on the device.
Data Tracking Notice (ATT): You understand and agree that for advertising and analytics purposes, we may request your permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, as detailed in our Privacy Policy and the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
Users can reset or clear their local game progress at any time via in-app Settings → Reset Game Progress option.
IV. Virtual Rewards Disclaimer
Energy, points, and other virtual props are for entertainment use only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the App.
The platform reserves the right to adjust virtual rewards, in-game rules, and feature availability for operational needs without prior notice.
V. Third-party Services
ResQ Cat integrates third-party services as detailed in our Privacy Policy for functionalities such as analytics, performance monitoring, advertisement attribution, and the delivery of advertisements. These services may collect device information and usage data.
VI. Service Changes and Termination
ResQ Cat may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature due to maintenance, upgrades, or policy changes. The platform is not responsible for any loss caused by service interruptions. Any accumulated virtual rewards are subject to cancellation upon such termination.
VII. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within ResQ Cat, including images, graphics, text, game mechanics, and trademarks, belongs to the platform or is licensed for use. No part may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of this app shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
