Call for Papers

TYPE OF SUBMISSIONS:   

The contributions could be of two basic lengths. The submissions could belong to any of the below-mentioned categories and the authors are required to self-identify the category of their paper. 

1. Short paper (2-4 pages)  

1. Work-in-progress papers with/without preliminary results 

2. Exemplar papers  

3. Positional and vision papers 

4. Reflection papers 

2. Long paper (6-8 pages) 

1. Full research papers 

2. Experience papers  

3. Case study reports  

Registration

Please register via the FSE2025 registration portal

At least one author per accepted paper must register and attend the workshop to present their paper. The proceedings will appear in the ACM digital library.

Format

Submissions must be presented in English and formatted as PDF documents. For the format of submission, please follow the instructions provided in the "How to Submit" section on the ESEC/FSE2025 website.

Important Dates 

                                      Papers submission   Tuesday, Feb 18th, 2025 [Extended till 28th Feb 2025]
Paper notification              Friday, Mar 28th, 2025
Camera-ready submissions   Thursday, Apr 24th, 2025
