1) What is your vision on respect in school?
"Respect is one of the most important values in a school environment. It helps create a safe and welcoming atmosphere where students and staff can work together harmoniously. Respect means listening to others, following the rules, and treating everyone with kindness, regardless of their background or position. When students show respect, they learn better and build strong relationships."
2) How do you learn the children to have respect?
"We teach respect by setting a good example ourselves. Children learn by observing how we interact with them and with each other. We also have discussions about respect, explaining why it is important in everyday life. In addition, we encourage students to use polite language, listen when someone is speaking, and take responsibility for their actions. When they make mistakes, we guide them to understand how to correct their behavior."
3) What do you do when the children don’t have respect and behave bad?
"When children misbehave, we first try to understand why they are acting that way. Sometimes, they might be facing difficulties at home or in school. We talk to them calmly and explain why their behavior is not acceptable. If necessary, we punish them to help them learn discipline and respect. In some cases, we involve teachers or parents to find a good solution together."
4) Do you think that the children in school have respect for each other and for working staff like you?
"Most of the children do show respect, but of course, there are always some challenges. Some students naturally understand the importance of respect, while others need more guidance. Overall, we see that when we set clear expectations and treat the children with kindness, they respond positively. However, respect is something we must continuously work on as a community."
