Resources for wellbeing

On these pages I will collate what I hope are helpful resources for looking after ourselves and our loved ones.

They are grouped into a few different sections and link to external sites.

I hope they are helpful - they are mostly developed by psychologists and other professionals so will be based on sound psychological theory and knowledge.

There is no 'one size fits all' - different things will work for different people.

Remember the most important thing is to be kind - to yourself and others. This is unprecedented in our lifetime and we haven't had a practice run! We are having to adjust to huge changes in an incredibly short space of time, It's quite normal to feel anxious, worried and overwhelmed, this is a human response. Go easy on yourself - let it be ordinary to ask for help and support from others. Use what is at your fingertips - modern technology is our friend in these circumstances. Use your networks and friends, support each other.
