The workshop will take place in the High field NMR facility with 8 linux PCs with CCPN analysis installed - other space is available for users to bring their own laptop but registration is essential.

There will not be dedicated talks - live demos subject to demand - CCPN is versatile and there are example datasets and tutorials that you can work through (under the expert guidance of ResoN8 FMs and the CCPN team):

• Protein Backbone Assignment

• Protein Side-chain Assignment

• Protein Structure Calculation

• Metabolomics

• Ligand Screening (1D mixture analysis)

• Ligand Affinity (2D Chemical shift perturbation)

• Dynamics

• ssNMR (protein assignment)

• NMR Exchange Format (NEF)

• CCPN macro writing

Based on registered participants requirements we may formalise some demos on the day subject to demand.

Spaces are extremely limited so please register as soon as possible if you wish to attend!

There is no cost associated with attendance and as such participants are required to provide their own lunch (there is a cafe on site).
