We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. Resizen works without sign-up. An anonymous ID is used only to keep your credit balance on our servers.

How do credits work?
New users receive one welcome credit. 1K and 2K resizes use 1 credit per selected size; 4K uses 2 credits per size. Credits are reserved when a resize starts and refunded if generation fails. Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases through the App Store.

I bought credits but they didn’t appear
Close and reopen the app, then open Credits to refresh your balance. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If the balance still doesn’t update, email us at kanatgenai@gmail.com with your purchase receipt (order ID / date).

Where are my images stored?
Generated images and history are stored only on your device. We do not keep a public gallery of your photos.

How is my photo used?
When you run a resize, your selected image is sent to our secure backend and to our AI provider (fal.ai) only to complete that request.

Refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, use Apple’s standard refund process in your purchase history or contact Apple Support.

Privacy
