A: The app runs on iOS and Android.
Q: Do I need an account to use the app?
A: No. You can resize photos without creating an account.
Getting Started
Q: How do I resize a photo?
A: On the home screen, tap Select images to choose one or more photos from your gallery, or tap Take a photo to capture a new picture. Set your resize options, then tap Resize.
Q: Can I resize multiple photos at once?
A: Yes. Choose multiple images from your gallery, set the same resize options for the whole batch, then tap Resize. The app will process all selected photos together.

A: On the preview list, tap the close icon on the photo you want to remove. If you remove all photos, you will return to the previous screen.
Resize Options
Q: What does “By pixels” mean?
A: Enter a target Width and Height in pixels. The app will resize your photos to those dimensions.
Q: What does “By percentage” mean?
A: Enter a percentage to scale each photo. For example, 50% makes every selected image half of its original width and height.
Q: What does “Maintain aspect ratio” do?
A: When this option is on, the app keeps the original proportions of the photo while resizing, which helps prevent stretching or distortion. This option appears when you resize by pixels.
Q: What output formats are supported?
A: You can keep the original format, or convert the resized photos to JPG or PNG.
Q: What size limits does the app have?
A: Width and height must be between 1 and 8192 pixels. Percentage must be between 1% and 400%. Each output image must also be 20 megapixels or less.
Save and Share
Q: How do I save resized photos?
A: After resizing is complete, tap Save all on the results screen. The images are saved to your photo gallery.
Q: Where are saved photos stored on Android?

Q: How do I share resized photos?
A: On the results screen, tap Share to send the resized images through another app, message, or service.
Q: Are my original photos changed?
A: No. The app creates resized copies. Your original photos remain unchanged.
Permissions
Q: Why does the app ask for photo or gallery access?
A: The app needs access to select photos from your device and to save resized images to your gallery.
Q: Why does the app ask for camera access?
A: Camera permission is only needed if you use Take a photo. If you only select images from your gallery, camera access is not required.
Q: Why does saving fail?
A: Make sure storage or photos permission is granted. On older Android versions, storage permission may be required. Grant permission when prompted, then try Save all again.
Ads and Privacy
Q: Does the app show ads?
A: Yes. The free version may display ads to support development.
Q: Does the app upload my photos?
A: Resizing is performed on your device. Your photos are not uploaded for the resize process.
Troubleshooting
Q: The app says an image format is not supported.
A: Some uncommon image formats cannot be decoded. Try converting the photo to JPG or PNG first, or choose a different image.
Q: Resize fails or the app shows an error.
A: Check that your width, height, or percentage values are within the allowed limits. Also make sure the selected images are still available on your device, then try again.
Q: I cannot select photos from my gallery.
A: Check that Photos or Files permission is granted in your device settings. Restart the app and try again.
Q: I cannot take a photo.
A: Check that Camera permission is granted. If permission was denied earlier, open your device settings, enable Camera for Resize Image - Batch Resizer, then try again.
Q: The results screen disappeared and I lost the resized images.
A: Resized images are temporary until you save them. After resizing, use Save all before leaving the results screen if you want to keep the photos in your gallery.
