Selling a property takes a great deal of time, logistical planning, and project management. Let us handle all of that coordination so that you can put your focus back on your clients!

Here's how it works:

1. Agent has a seller client; outsources initial research to ResiGeeks

2. ResiGeeks contacts seller to obtain initial information about property such as

   • Location, type, age of property

   • Year purchased, purchase price, any mortgages or liens against property

   • Property survey

   • Property size, dwelling square footage, number of bedrooms / bathrooms

   • HOA considerations

   • Desired selling price

   • Lifestyle considerations (schools and school districts, commuting time, accessibility to certain highways, extra-curricular activities and hobbies, etc.)

3. ResiGeeks conducts research and market analysis to include items listed below; and  sends a report of recommendation(s) to Agent within 7 days according to package selected (below):

   • Market research for pricing

   • Comparables research

   • Drafting of MLS narrative

4. Agent sends recommendations to client

5. Agent may re-engage (business) for follow-up services and/or continuation of services according to package selected below. Can include:

   • Coordination of professional home photography services [can include being on premises at the time of the photo shoot]

   • Review and selection of photographs for MLS listing

   • Coordination of open house (arranging professional cleaning, staging, visitor tracking, flyer/QR code development and print-outs)

   • Contract review
