These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quit Gambling / ResetBet mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”) provided by Developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App is intended to support recovery, habit awareness, reflection, and behavior tracking for people who want to reduce or stop gambling.
The App is a self-help and informational tool only. It does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, crisis response, financial advice, or legal advice.
The App and its content are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, addiction, financial, or legal professionals.
You understand and agree that:
the App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition
any recovery insights, reminders, streaks, milestone messages, journaling tools, or habit prompts are for general support only
if you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, you must seek immediate help from emergency services or a qualified professional
If the App includes account creation, you are responsible for:
providing accurate information
keeping your login credentials secure
all activity under your account
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for the App, other users, or our services.
Certain parts of the App may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription:
payment will be charged through Apple, Google, or another authorized billing provider
subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by the applicable app store or billing platform, subject to their rules
We do not guarantee that any specific premium feature will remain available forever. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
You agree not to:
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the App
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code except where permitted by law
use bots, automation, or unauthorized tools to access the App
upload or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful
misuse any support, emergency, or recovery-related features
You may enter content such as urge logs, journal entries, notes, goals, triggers, and recovery preferences (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the App.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, branding, icons, features, and other content, is owned by Developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that:
the App will always be available
the App will be free from bugs or interruptions
the App will always meet your expectations
any streak, insight, reminder, or progress output will be accurate or uninterrupted
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the App will prevent relapse, reduce gambling behavior, or produce any specific recovery outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, savings, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Developer its affiliates, officers, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:
your use of the App
your violation of these Terms
your misuse of the App
your violation of any law or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
you breach these Terms
we are required to do so by law
continuing to provide the App is no longer commercially or technically feasible
we believe your use creates risk or harm
You may stop using the App at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
