Step 2: Enter the User Name we sent in the email and your email address

Step 3: Check your email for a "Reset Link" and click on that link. Enter your "Secret Answers" the the three questions

Step 4: Make a new password and log into the BCF Broker portal with your username emailed and the new password you just created.
