Better World Project

For the Better World Project, I began by creating my value proposition for a business I had already founded, Reservoir Jewelry. I began by working backwards to see what need I was trying to solve in the Worcester area. I researched compeitor vendor pricing to make them affordable to purchase compared to other expensive pricing. After careful consideration and research, I came up with the value proposition, which was to make handmade, lightweight, polymer clay earrings that are hypoallergenic and affordable so that college students can afford them. I also designed my business model and made this website for my business.

Reservoir Jewelry is a for-profit enterprise that seeks to provide, quality, handmade, polymer clay earrings at an affordable price.

This process allowed me to really think about how my products differ from other, similar vendors and what makes it unique. It also gave insight into how I can better market to my customers and how to attract new customers. This project really helped me to break down my business and reconstruct it to help it become more successful.
