Can I cancel my Porter flight within 24 hours?

Passengers are permitted to cancel their booking up to 120 minutes before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time but, they have to pay heavy cancellation charges and other penalties.

• According to the Porter Airlines Cancellation Policy, if any passenger wants to save their cancellation charges then, he/she has to cancel their booked flight ticket within 24 hours before the departure of the flight time.

• Passengers are only allowed to cancel their reservation from the official website or application of Porter Airlines or the customer service helpline number or directly from the airport under the booking counter of Porter Airlines.

• In case, if the Porter Airlines flight has been delayed more than 3 hours then, passengers are permitted to claim a complimentary voucher for dinning.

• If Porter Airlines cancels their flight due to any emergency such as an airline industry strike or bad weather then, passengers will get back the complete refund amount on their dedicated source.

• Due to illness or serious injury, if any passenger can’t continue their travel so he/she needs to cancel their flight before departure of the flight time and submit the related documents then, he/she will be eligible to get a full refund amount.

Porter Airlines Refund Policy

The refund policy will apply after the cancellation of the booking and it will applicable for non-refundable or refundable flight tickets from Porter Airlines.

• According to the Porter Airlines Refund Policy, the refund amount will directly transfer to the passenger's bank account or original payment source which was used for the same flight ticket reservation.

• The refund amount will reflect on the duration of the cancellation but, it will transfer within seven to ten working days.

• Non-refundable ticket holders are also allowed to get refunds but, the refundable amount will convert into future travel points which were used for the next flight ticket reservation.
