Dr. Hsu is a Presidential Engagement and Partnerships Professor in the Department of Education Technology, Research and Assessment at Northern Illinois University. She oversees and manages the entire project, including personnel, timeline, budget, and reporting.

Dr. Smith is a Distinguished Teaching Professor in the Department of Educational Technology, Research and Assessment at Northern Illinois University. He co-leads the Research-Practice Partnership activities and assists in data analysis and reporting.
